These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.freasi.net and your communications with Florida Real Estate Administrative Services, Inc. ("FREASI," "we," "us," or "our"), including telephone calls and text messages. By using our website or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
FREASI is a Florida corporation engaged in real estate acquisition and related administrative services. We work with property owners in Florida, including owners of distressed and pre-foreclosure property, on matters that may include the purchase of real property, negotiated arrangements with lenders or loan servicers, lease-back arrangements, and related administrative and transactional support.
FREASI is not a law firm, is not a mortgage lender or broker, is not a credit repair organization, and is not a debt relief, debt settlement, or foreclosure rescue service. We do not practice law and we do not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, credit, or investment advice.
Nothing on this website and nothing said or written by any FREASI representative — whether in person, by telephone, by text message, by email, or by mail — constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. No fiduciary relationship is created between you and FREASI by your use of this website or by any communication with us.
Foreclosure, bankruptcy, title, tax, and creditor matters are complex and depend heavily on individual facts and on the specific documents in your case. You should consult a licensed Florida attorney of your own choosing, and a tax professional, before signing any document or taking any action affecting your property, your mortgage, or your legal rights. We encourage you to do so, and we will not discourage or delay you from obtaining independent advice.
Any information on this website regarding past results, strategies, timelines, or outcomes is provided for general informational purposes only. Past results do not guarantee, warrant, or predict any future outcome. Every property, mortgage, loan servicer, county, and court is different. FREASI does not guarantee that any foreclosure will be stopped, delayed, dismissed, or resolved; that any auction will be cancelled or postponed; that any loan will be reinstated, modified, or paid off; that any property will be purchased; or that any particular result will be achieved. Any specific commitment made to you will be set out only in a written agreement signed by both you and an authorized FREASI representative, and that written agreement — not this website and not any conversation — governs what we have agreed to do.
FREASI does not charge, collect, or accept any advance fee, retainer, or upfront payment from a homeowner in exchange for services related to a foreclosure, a mortgage default, or a loan reinstatement or modification. If any person requests such a payment from you while claiming to represent FREASI, do not pay it, and contact us immediately at the number in Section 16.
Website content is provided for general information and may not be current, complete, or applicable to your situation. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time without notice. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use this site or to communicate with us about a property.
You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; submit another person's telephone number or personal information without that person's permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems; introduce malicious code; scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract data from the site; or interfere with the operation of the site.
Information you submit through our website forms or send us by email or text is not confidential and is not privileged. Do not send us sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, or payment card numbers through the website, by email, or by text message. If we need that information for a transaction, we will arrange a secure method. Email and text messages are not secure channels and can be delayed, intercepted, or lost.
This Section 8 constitutes our mobile messaging program terms. By providing your mobile telephone number to FREASI and agreeing to receive text messages, you accept these terms.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, sale, service, or agreement with FREASI. You may decline messaging and still work with us by phone, email, or mail.

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Conversational message volume depends on the exchange. For informational and promotional messages, you should expect no more than approximately 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. FREASI does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us. To rejoin, text START to 772-261-0060 or ask any FREASI representative to re-enroll you. We also honor CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and OPTOUT.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us so that we do not send messages intended for you to a person who has since been assigned that number.
We do not sell your mobile telephone number, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See Section 3 of our Privacy Policy for full detail.
We keep records of our text message exchanges as part of our business records, as described in our Privacy Policy.
By providing a telephone number to FREASI, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us at that number regarding your property and the services you have inquired about, including by automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded or artificial voice where applicable. You may revoke this consent at any time by telling us, by any reasonable means, that you no longer wish to be contacted; we will honor the request promptly. We do not condition any transaction on your consent to be called or texted.
The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the FREASI name, is owned by FREASI or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from site content without our prior written permission.
The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St John’s County, Florida, and you and FREASI each consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief where appropriate.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the site after we post a revision constitutes acceptance of it. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FREASI regarding your use of this website.
